Terms of Use

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Dartful (the "app"). By downloading, installing, or using Dartful, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The App

Dartful is a darts scoring and party-game app for casual, personal use. It includes free modes and features available through a paid subscription.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Dartful offers an optional annual subscription that unlocks all game modes. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, auto-renew each year unless cancelled, and are subject to each store's own payment terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings — Dartful does not process payments or handle cancellations directly. Pricing is shown in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

If your subscription lapses, previously unlocked modes return to the free tier's daily limit. Your player profiles and game history are not affected by a lapsed subscription.

Household Codes

Dartful lets you sync players, game history, and settings across devices using a household code. This code is a convenience feature, not a secure login — anyone with the code can access that household's synced data. You're responsible for who you share your code with. See the Privacy Policy for more detail on how this works.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dartful to violate any applicable law, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's backend services, or attempt to circumvent purchase or subscription verification.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dartful, including your household's synced data, if you violate these Terms — including attempts to circumvent purchase or subscription verification. We'll aim to warn you first where practical, but some violations may result in immediate termination.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled entirely by them according to their own refund policies. We do not process or issue refunds directly — please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

Dartful's code, design, branding, and original written content are owned by us and are not licensed to you for reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use. Traditional darts game rules (Cricket, Killer, Shanghai, and similar) are public domain and not proprietary to Dartful.

No Warranty

Dartful is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or interrupted access to synced household data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
